Create a comprehensive, simplified, and direct plan of action for GAA in the event of a tropical cyclone threat or impact.
Ensure each department fully understands its role and responsibilities to reduce duplication and streamline preparedness activities.
Ensure effective communication between departments for successful emergency management.
Ensure that the team identified to operate the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) at MBIA is activated in the shortest possible time.

When executed as designed, these objectives support safer operations, faster coordination, and quicker restoration of airport services.
